Sera Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds digital growth systems for service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, the third parties that process it on our behalf, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need and to be plain about how it is used.
We collect information in three ways, and only as described below:
Audit form submissions
When you request a free growth audit, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, website URL, your main goal, your monthly budget range, your message, and an optional phone number.
Basic analytics data — only with your consent
If, and only if, you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregated usage data about how visitors navigate the site (such as pages viewed and approximate location). Analytics do not load until you accept.
Local browser preferences
We store your cookie-consent choice and your selected language locally in your browser so the site remembers them. This stays on your device.
We use audit form submissions to respond to your request, prepare your growth audit, and provide the services you ask about. We use consented analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the site and process submissions. Each receives only the data needed for its purpose:
Resend
Delivers your audit form submission to us by transactional email so we can respond.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Protects the audit form against spam and automated abuse. It performs a lightweight verification when you submit the form.
Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
Provides website analytics. These are loaded only after you accept analytics cookies, and not before.
Vercel
Hosts this website and serves its pages. Standard server logs may be processed as part of delivering the site.
We group cookies and similar technologies into two categories:
Essential
Used to remember your cookie-consent choice and your language preference. These are required for the site to function and are stored locally in your browser.
Non-essential (analytics)
Used for website analytics (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager). These load only after you give consent and never before.
By default we load essential cookies only. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” control in the site footer, which reopens the consent banner so you can accept or reject analytics. If you reject (or later withdraw) consent, analytics will not load.
We keep audit form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your request and to provide services you engage us for, and then for a reasonable period for our records, after which we delete or anonymize them. Your locally stored preferences remain on your device until you clear them or change your choice.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided to us. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
